Meet the founder

Rob Costlow

ISSA Certified Personal Trainer Retired police officer Milford High School grad

Rob played Div-3 basketball at Wesley College and began his law enforcement career in 2007. By 2015 he had become the most unhealthy version of himself, so he started back on his journey to health — and saw how many busy parents were in the same spot. In 2019 he earned his ISSA certification and started Frontline Fitness 302. In 2023 he retired from law enforcement to make the gym his full-time mission.

He and his wife Amy are proud parents of twins. His belief is simple: health and happiness are for everyone.
